Overview
This new jet features a very convenient size and an affordable price, while delivering no-compromise performance.
The Matrix 2.4 project began in early 2025 with a clear goal; to create a jet that offers top-level 3D performance in a perfectly balanced size. After building and testing several prototypes throughout the year, we finally arrived at the final design that truly delivers the performance we were aiming for.
The Matrix 2.4 can easily perform aggressive 3D manoeuvers with a JetCat P220 turbine, providing more than enough power—even when using a smoke system.
Since the Matrix 2.4 is the newest model in the series, we also wanted to introduce a brand new colour scheme. Tony Tan and Ryu explored many different design ideas before collaborating with SIBA Design to create this bold and aggressive look that makes the Matrix even more modern and eye-catching in the sky.

How to use the fuel bag in the Matrix jet
Features:
- Extremely lightweight full composite construction especially designed for outstanding sport flight with 3D performance
- Painted outside the mold so no seam lines
- Ultra light weight landing gear special build for Matrix 2.4m
- Specially designed easy access to turbine for speedy installation
- Field setup can be done in seconds, thanks to the quick release system on the wings - no need for tools.
- Quick release on stabiliser - no need for tools.
- Flap can use as aileron to make very axial rolling performance with counter balance on tip aileron allow to use only 1 servo per aileron
- Removable wing and stabiliser for easy transport
- Removable two piece of fuselage for easy transport, only four bolts used to lock two piece fuselage (Tail pipe is fixed on the back section of fuselage).
- Electronic items can be easily installed using the equipment installation board. Most of the wiring can be hidden.
- Pre-installed tube for the stab/rudder extension wire.
- Optional with vector tail pipe for 3D flight (Sold separately).
Included Hardware:
- 4-in-1 connector/leads for wing and fuselage
- 3-in-1 connector/leads for two piece of fuselage
- 2-in-1 connector/leads for two piece of fuselage(option for vector version)
- Complete air frame (including carbon wing-tubes and preinstalled and painted fibreglass control horns)
- Normal tail pipe (optional vector thrust pipe)
- 4200ml fuel bag
- 1500ml smoke oil bag (option)
- Pre-prepared pushrods with ball links
- Servo connector brackets
Also available: TR (turbine ready) version - 2.4m Matrix jet with fuel bag, normal tailpipe, electric retract gear with brake, servo and hardware, preinstall the above items in factory. Includes wing bag.

- 140-190N for normal sport flying
- 210-260N for 3D vector flight – Avoid high speed high G flying
Servos: Standard size x5
- x2 for flaps (minimum 48kg)
- x1 for rudder (minimum 37kg)
- x2 for ailerons (minimum 37kg)
Servos: Medium size x5
- x2 for elevators (minimum 21kg)
- x1 for vector elevator (minimum 21kg), this is option
- x1 for vector rudder (minimum 21kg), this is option
- x1 for steering (minimum 16kg)
Also requires all the usual accessories such as transmitter, receiver, batteries, powerbox and possibly other small accessories.

Control Throw In All Surface
For Sport flight
Aileron: 35mm, Rudder: 50mm, Elevator: 33mm.
Flap: 66mm for take off and 115mm for landing.
For 3D flight
Aileron: following the flap to aileron, Flap to Aileron is 74mm up and 70mm down Rudder: 59mm, Elevator: 46mm.
Centre Of Gravity
Measured back from leading edge of the wing 295mm (without fuel and gear down)
